Behind the Nederlandse Academie is a united, passionate and deeply human team.
For over 40 years, our native, qualified and experienced teachers have brought the spirit of our school to life through our method, designed to learn Dutch in an effective and sustainable way.
To guarantee consistent quality, our teachers are selected through a demanding recruitment process (pedagogy, energy, clarity, ability to reassure) and benefit from solid internal support to teach with the same approach, regardless of level.
They also share complementary specialties: courses for beginners, advanced courses, exam preparation, professional Dutch... And above all the same mission: to teach Dutch differently, with pleasure and confidence as the driving force, even for those who doubt they can do it.

Laurence, school director, embodies the vision and spirit of the school. She ensures the preservation of what makes us strong: excellence, kindness and pedagogical innovation.
Laura is the first voice that many students hear. Smiling, rigorous and always listening, she guides everyone through their journey with a sense of detail and attention that makes all the difference.
