Professional Education SRL (hereinafter "we/our/us") attaches great importance to the protection of your privacy and your personal data. We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, namely the Act of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data ("Privacy Act") and the European Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("Regulation").

OVH

OVH is a hosting solutions provider thanks to which our website operates optimally. All data we collect will be processed in a legal and honest manner on secure servers. OVH holds several security certificates such as PCI-DSS, ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 1 type 2 and SOC 2 type 2 attestations.

 

How long will my data be retained?

The retention period of your personal data depends on the purpose for which it was collected. This data will be retained for as long as necessary to meet the needs of the activities. For example, if you request our services, your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to respond to this request and provide you with the necessary support, material and communication to ensure the proper management of the relationship. If we process your personal data to fulfil a legal obligation, the retention period will depend on the regulatory retention obligation incumbent upon us.

You therefore have the right to know the purposes of the processing, the categories of data concerned, the categories of recipients to whom the data is transmitted, the criteria used to determine the data retention period, and the rights you can exercise over your data.

  • Right of rectification

Inaccurate or incomplete personal data may be corrected. It is primarily the responsibility of the User to make the necessary changes in their "user account", but you may also send us a written request.

  • Right to erasure (or "right to be forgotten")

You also have the right to obtain the erasure of your personal data in the following circumstances:

Professional Education SRL decides on its own initiative whether the above criteria are met.

In certain circumstances, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, in particular in the event of a dispute regarding the accuracy of the data, if your data has been processed unlawfully, if the data is necessary in the context of legal proceedings, or while Professional Education SRL takes the time necessary to verify whether you can validly exercise your right to erasure.

You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data. Professional Education SRL will cease processing your personal data, unless it can demonstrate that there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your right of objection.

You have the right to obtain all the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. At your request, this data may be transferred to another service provider, unless this is technically impossible.

When processing of personal data is based on the legal basis of consent, you may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the validity of the processing operations carried out prior to the withdrawal.

  • How can I exercise my rights?

You may also complete this form and return it to us by email. We will respond as soon as possible, and at the latest one (1) month after receipt of the request.

  • Possibility of lodging a complaint
